The adoption of management control systems according to the type of organizational culture of the SMEs of the Riobamba canton is managed through managerial perceptions that reflect the behavior of the SMEs. The influence of these two variables is determined from the results of the surveys applied to SMEs in the canton. An Anova, correlation and multiple linear regression test is performed. As a result, it is obtained that the management control systems and the types of hierarchical, adhocratic and market organizational culture are those that maintain a greater positive correlation.
La adopción de los sistemas de control de gestión de acuerdo con el tipo de cultura organizacional de las pymes del cantón Riobamba es manejada a través de percepciones gerenciales que refleja el comportamiento de las pymes. Se determina la influencia de estas dos variables a partir de los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas a las pymes del cantón. Se realiza una prueba Anova, correlación y regresión lineal múltiple. Como resultado se obtiene que los sistemas de control de gestión y los tipos de cultura organizacional jerárquica, adhocrática y mercado son las que mantienen una correlación mayor positiva.
