The processes related to text mining have contributed significantly to the development of the research, because their contribution in the identification of patterns and trends of use in certain terms that have been identified as elements of interest to researchers. This study presents an analysis of existing trends in a textual corpus composed of articles related to the terms "interculturality" and "sustainable development", through the use of free access tools that are available on the web such as WordCounter, Voyant, TagCrowd and Sobeck. The results obtained show a trend in the use of the term "sustainable development" and its relationship with the most frequent terms in the articles evaluated, while the term "interculturality" did not present a direct relationship with relevant terms within the corpus.
Los procesos relacionados a la minería de texto han aportado significativamente al desarrollo de lainvestigación, dado su aporte en la identificación de patrones y tendencias de uso en determinadostérminos que han sido identificados como elementos de interés para los investigadores. El presenteestudio presenta un análisis de las tendencias existentes en un corpus textual compuesto porartículos relacionados con los términos ?interculturalidad? y ?desarrollo sostenible?, mediante eluso de herramientas de acceso gratuito que se encuentran disponibles en internet comoWordCounter, Voyant, TagCrowd y Sobek. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian una tendencia enel uso del término ?desarrollo sostenible? y su relación con los términos más frecuentes en losartículos evaluados, mientras que el término ?interculturalidad? no presentó una relación directacon términos relevantes dentro del corpus.
