The objective of this research work is to determine how technological innovation, administrative management in times of the COVID 19 pandemic affects the development of human talent of the company "MI TIENDA CÍA", from the canton of Ponce Enríquez - Ecuador, for which, used the hypothetical-deductive method, through the approach of descriptive and field research, of non- experimental design, likewise, the staff that works in the company was established as a study population, based on a sample of 22 people, in the which, it was possible to extract information through the application of a survey, which allowed the respective analysis and interpretation of the data obtained, therefore, the verification of the square chip was carried out in the SPSS program, where the value of the sample X was 4.91 which was greater than the value X2 3.84, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative mentioning that Administrative Management in times of pandemic mia influences the development of the Human Talent of the Company mi Tienda Cía. of the Canton Ponce Enríquez-Ecuador. In conclusion, the results of the investigation show that the company Mi Tienda Cía., lacks strategies aimed at the proper functioning of administrative management, triggering multiple problems that affect the development of human talent, causing low levels of productivity and non-compliance with organizational goals, therefore, a set of strategies is proposed, where the activities to be carried out, those responsible and the time are specified, in order to improve administrative management and obtain profitability in the medium and long term.
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo determinar como la innovación tecnológica, lagestión administrativa en tiempos de pandemia COVID 19 incide en el desarrollo del talento humanode la empresa ?MI TIENDA CÍA?, del cantón Ponce Enríquez ? Ecuador, para la cual, se utilizó elmétodo hipotético deductivo , a través del enfoque de la investigación descriptiva y de campo, dediseño no experimental, así mismo, se estableció como población de estudio al personal que laboraen la empresa, basado en una muestra de 22 personas, en la cual, se pudo extraer informaciónmediante la aplicación de encuesta, los cuales permitieron realizar el respectivo análisis einterpretación de los datos obtenidos, por consiguiente , se realizó en el programa SPSS lacomprobación del chip cuadrado, donde le valor de la muestra X fue de 4,91 el cual fue mayor alvalor X2 3,84, rechazando así la hipótesis nula y aceptando la alternativa mencionando que la GestiónAdministrativa en tiempos de pandemia incide en el desarrollo del Talento Humano de la Empresami Tienda Cía. del Cantón Ponce Enríquez-Ecuador.En conclusión, los resultados de la investigación dejan ver que la empresa Mi Tienda Cía., carece deestrategias orientadas al buen funcionamiento de la gestión administrativas, desencadenandomúltiples problemáticas que afectan al desarrollo del talento humano, ocasionando bajos niveles deproductividad y el incumplimiento de las metas organizacionales, por lo tanto, se propone un conjuntode estrategias, donde se especifica las actividades a realizar, los responsable y el tiempo, con lafinalidad de mejorar la gestión administrativa y puedan obtener rentabilidad a mediano y largo plazo.
