The objective of this research was the establishment of each of the processes that must be fulfilled in the supply chain of goods and services in industrial companies, before which, it was possible to develop each of the steps, through the application of norms or regulations from the justification of the request and acquisition of goods and services, the quotes, the analysis of the proposals, the awarding of the best offer; of the administration of goods, their reception and delivery, entry and exit records, custody and responsibility of the winemaker, application of internal control in all areas; handling of materials in production; likewise, through the request for raw material, its transformation and, in general, the maintenance of inventory records of in-process and finished products; from the sale of items; and finally, the accounting record; as well as each and every one of the processes subject to demonstrating economy, effectiveness, efficiency, impartiality and honesty.
El objetivo de la presente investigación, fue el establecimiento de cada uno de los procesos que,se debe cumplir en la cadena de suministro de bienes y servicios en las empresas industriales, antelo cual, se logró desarrollar cada uno de los pasos, mediante la aplicación de normas oreglamentaciones desde la justificación del requerimiento y adquisición de bienes y servicios, lascotizaciones, el análisis de las propuestas, la adjudicación a la mejor oferta; de la administraciónde bienes, sus recepción y entrega, registros de entrada y salida, custodia y responsabilidad delbodeguero, aplicación del control interno en todas las áreas; del manejo de materiales en laproducción; asimismo, mediante la solicitud de la materia prima, su transformación y en generalla mantención de registros de inventarios de productos en proceso y terminados; de la venta deartículos; y finalmente, el registro contable; así como, de todos y cada uno de los procesos sujetosa demostrar economía, eficacia, eficiencia, imparcialidad y honradez.
