A system of actions is presented for the improvement of the teaching-learning process in the subjects of Personal Defense at the National University of Chimborazo that contributed to the achievement of a participatory direction by the teacher, the cooperative work in groups and the protagonism of the students, mediated by participatory methods; ways of implementation and evaluation of the system are also proposed. The proposal was applied in practice during the 2018-19 school year, confirming that the action system responds satisfactorily to the purpose for which it was created.
Se presenta un sistema de acciones para el perfeccionamiento del proceso enseñanzaaprendizaje en las asignaturas de Defensa Personal en la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo quecontribuyó al logro de una dirección participativa por el profesor, el trabajo cooperado en grupo y elprotagonismo de los estudiantes, mediatizados por los métodos participativos; también se proponenformas de implementación y evaluación del sistema. La propuesta se aplicó en la práctica durante elciclo escolar 2018-19, confirmando que el sistema de acciones responde satisfactoriamente al fin conque fue creado.
