Within the State of the Art and theoretical framework, investigations were carried out in different bibliographic sources that support the investigation with several definitions related to the topic or problem. In the Methodology, the hypothetical-deductive method was determined, the type of research is descriptive and explanatory. We worked with the total population since the sample was not calculated because it is less than 100, for the data collection the survey technique was used through the questionnaire instrument that was directed to the teachers of the Batzacón Educational Unit Finally, for data processing and analysis, Microsoft Excel and SPSS statistical software were used. For the correct analysis and interpretation of the results, the information was presented through graphs and statistical tables, in addition, the hypothesis verification was carried out through the Chi-Square test, thus obtaining that the use of the Zoom platform si It affects the work performance of the teachers of the Batzacón Educational Unit, with the results obtained we proceed to establish the conclusions and recommendations. To conclude, strategies are proposed to improve the work performance of the teachers of the Batzacón Educational Unit through the use of the Zoom platform.
Dentro del Estado del Arte y Marco teórico se realizó investigaciones en diferentes fuentesbibliográficas que sustente la investigación con varias definiciones relacionadas al tema oproblema.En la Metodología se determinó el método hipotético-deductivo, el tipo de investigación esdescriptiva y explicativa. Se trabajó con el total de la población ya que no se calculó la muestraporque es inferior a 100, para la recolección de los datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta através del instrumento cuestionario que fue dirigido a los docentes de la Unidad EducativaBatzacón, por último, para el procesamiento y análisis de los datos se utilizó Microsoft Excel yel software estadístico SPSS.Para el correcto análisis e interpretación de los resultados se presentó la información a través degráficos y tablas estadísticas, además, se realizó la comprobación de la hipótesis a través de laprueba del Chi-Cuadrado, obteniendo así que el uso de la plataforma Zoom si incide en eldesempeño laboral de los docentes de la Unidad educativa Batzacón, con los resultadosobtenidos se procede a establecer las conclusiones y recomendaciones.Para concluir se proponen estrategias que permitan mejorar el desempeño laboral de los docentesde la Unidad Educativa Batzacón a través del uso de la plataforma Zoom.
