Text mining has become an important process associated with research and involves the generation of new information through the identification of patterns and trends from textual data. This study analyzes the trends in a corpus composed of academic works related to the terms "sustainable development" and "smart tourism" using free online text mining tools (Voyant, WordCounter, TagCrowd and Sober). Our findings evidence a consistent trend in the use of the term ?smart tourism? associated with ?development? and ?innovation?, clearly indicating that researchers are exploring the interactions between them.
La minería de textos se ha convertido en un importante proceso asociado a la investigación e implica la generación de nueva información a través de la identificación de patrones y tendencias a partir de datos textuales. Este estudio analiza las tendencias en un corpus compuesto por trabajos académicos relacionados con los términos "desarrollo sostenible" y "turismo inteligente" utilizando herramientas gratuitas de minería de texto en línea (Voyant, WordCounter, TagCrowd y Sober). Nuestros hallazgos evidencian una tendencia constante en el uso del término ?turismo inteligente? asociado con ?desarrollo? e ?innovación?, lo que indica claramente que los investigadores están explorando las interacciones entre ellos.
