The objective of this research was to study rural tourism (RT), as a promising anchorage in the development of human talent in Ecuador. It outlines the construction of ideas with an interpretive approach based on those theories exposed Namakforoosh (2016), Montero and Hochman (2015) among others. The methodology applied is the interpretative understanding according to Vieytes (2014). This method uses strategies for the understanding of theoretical ideas as an initial and final phase of what is being researched. It is concluded that the TR is a transformation instrument where many factors converge, being the most important the people who make possible its development.
El objetivo de esta investigación fue estudiar el turismo rural (TR), como anclaje promisorio en el desarrollo del talento humano en Ecuador. Se esboza la construcción de ideas con enfoque interpretativo sustentado en aquellas teorías expuestas Namakforoosh (2016), Montero y Hochman (2015) entre otros. La metodología aplicada es la comprensión interpretativa según Vieytes (2014) este método emplea estrategias para la comprensión de ideas teoréticas como fase inicial y final de lo que se investiga. Se concluye que el TR es un instrumento de transformación donde confluyen muchos factores, siendo el más importante la gente que hace posible su desarrollo.
