This research is based on the work that has been done, for the design of Learning Objects (OA) as teaching support resources in higher education in line with the development of Information and Communication Technology (Tic). The objective of the research was to determine how the training of the professors of the Medicine career in the design of learning objects, contribute to raising their level of knowledge and updating in didactic resources based on the Tic. In this research, a quasi-experimental design of a transversal type is applied, a correlational nature with a quantitative approach, for the analysis of the variables design of learning objects and the level of learning of teachers, with the presence of presence-absence of the independent variable. For the execution of this study, a training course focused on the design of learning objects, b_learning technology and its application was designed. For the collection of the data, two questionnaires will be used and the evaluation of the learning results through the work and products generated in the course, with two control and experimental groups, randomly assigned. The results of the questionnaires and learning were analyzed, with the descriptive correlational statistics. Through this investigation, the application of learning objects in an experimental group can be established, contributing to obtain better learning results, with respect to those who do not apply. The importance of training, updating and perfecting teachers in the design of teaching resources OA, for the treatment of their subjects, through the use of Tic.
La presente investigación se sustenta en el trabajo que se ha venido realizando, para el diseño de Objetos de Aprendizaje (OA) como recursos didácticos de apoyo en la docencia superior acorde con el desarrollo de la Tecnología de la Información y Comunicación (Tic). El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar cómo la capacitación a los docentes de la carrera de Medicina en el diseño de objetos de aprendizaje, contribuye a elevar su nivel de conocimiento y la actualización en recursos didácticos con sustento en la Tic. En esta investigación se aplica un diseño cuasi experimental de tipo transversal, naturaleza correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo, para análisis de las variables diseño de objetos de aprendizaje y nivel de aprendizaje de los docentes, con manipulación presencia-ausencia de la variable independiente. Para la ejecución de este estudio, se diseñó un curso de capacitación enfocado en el diseño de objetos de aprendizaje, en modalidad b_learning y su aplicación. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios y la evaluación de los resultados de aprendizaje mediante los trabajos y productos generados en el curso, con dos grupos control y experimental, asignados aleatoriamente. Se analizaron los resultados de los cuestionarios y de aprendizaje, con la estadística descriptiva correlacional. Mediante esta investigación se puede establecer que aplicación de objetos de aprendizaje en un grupo experimental, contribuye a obtener mejores resultados de aprendizaje, respecto de quienes no se aplicaron. Se concluye la importancia en la capacitación, actualización y perfeccionamiento de los docentes en el diseño de recursos didácticos OA, para el tratamiento de sus asignaturas, mediante el uso de la Tic.
