The development of this investigation allowed of various systems, such as, the accounting of agricultural, industrial and the livestock sector ?s costs and, as a result, obtaining the costs and the results of the productive agroindustrial chains. To determine these costs, we studied the costs of the growth and exploitation of the bovine livestock. We chose beans and onions for the vegetables and for the animal the milk baring cow. This way, we were able to add new vegetables after de harvest that can be commercialized internally and externally, in order to avoid the exportation of raw material and to obtain better benefits in the currency flow.
El desarrollo de la presente investigación, permitió fusionar los sistemas de contabilidad de costos agrícola, pecuario e industrial y a su vez obtener como resultado los costos y beneficios en las cadenas productivas agroindustriales. Para la determinación de los costos agroindustriales, se investigaron los costos de producción de diferentes cultivos y crianza y explotación del ganado bovino; habiendo escogido para su desarrollo en lo vegetal, la cebolla colorada y el fréjol y en lo animal, la crianza de novillos y vacas lecheras; de esta manera, se agregaron valores en poscosecha y transformación de nuevos productos, los mismos que pueden ser comercializados en los mercados internos y externos; evitando así, la utilización o exportación de la materia prima por una parte; y por otra, obteniendo mayores beneficios en su transformación, captación de divisas; y fundamentalmente, mejorar las condiciones de vida de los pequeños y medianos agricultores de nuestro país.
