APRENDIZAJE TELEVISIVO COMO METODO DE ENSEÑANZA: SU INFLUENCIA EN HABITANTES DE ZONAS RURALES DEL ECUADOR

Abstract

This article defines a new standard of Digital Terrestrial Television that has a wireless return channel for ISDB-Tb technology, which aims to provide Internet to rural areas of Ecuador, besides promoting television learning through the development of ICT applications developed with the Ginga software, trying to reduce in this way the existing digital divide between the urban and rural areas of the country.

Resumen

Este artículo define un nuevo estándar de Televisión Digital Terrestre que cuenta con un canal de retorno inalámbrico para la tecnología ISDB-Tb, con el cual se pretende dotar de Internet a zonas rurales del Ecuador, a más de propiciar el aprendizaje televisivo mediante el desarrollo de aplicaciones TIC desarrolladas con el software Ginga, intentando reducir de este modo la brecha digital existente entre las zonas urbanas y rurales del país.
