In the present work, the study is carried out on the commercial restrictions applied in Ecuador, during the period 2014 - 2016; with the objective of determining the incidence of these restrictions in the behavior of the rate of growth of the gross domestic product, its different indicators considering a diagnosis of the application of the safeguards, The methodology of this research is developed through the comparative analysis of historical data, of the evolution of exports and imports, through tables and graphs that have contributed in the analysis and determination of their behavior; Likewise, the results obtained by analyzing the trade balance regarding the terms of trade are disclosed, in order to determine the conclusions reached at the end of the research process, which influence the economic growth of Ecuador and its affected industries. favored industries.
En el presente trabajo, se realiza el estudio sobre las restricciones comerciales aplicadas en el Ecuador, durante el periodo 2014 ? 2016; con el objetivo de determinar la incidencia de estas restricciones en el comportamiento de la tasa de crecimiento del producto interno bruto sus diferentes indicadores considerando un diagnóstico de la aplicación de las salvaguardias, La metodología de esta investigación, se desarrolla mediante el análisis comparativo de datos históricos, de la evolución de las exportaciones e importaciones, a través de tablas y gráficos que han contribuido en el análisis y determinación del comportamiento de las mismas; De igual forma se da a conocer los resultados obtenidos al analizar la balanza comercial referente a los términos de intercambio, para determinar las conclusiones a las cuales se llegó al finalizar el proceso investigativo, que influyen en el crecimiento económico del Ecuador y su industrias afectadas e industrias favorecidas.
