The objective of this article is to present the theme of interculturality from various points of analysis: the philosophical, and that of a liberating pedagogy, as well as a legal and constitutional approach; it ends with a critical analysis of globalization and capitalism. These themes occupy a predominant place in the present reflection, which help to understand, analyze and build interculturality; that remains a utopia and a challenge for the people who live in Latin America. In this research approach, we take as main references the works of Paulo Freire, Enrique Dussel, Fidel Tubino, Josef Estermann, Catherine Walsh, Raúl Fornet, François Houtart, and other thinkers of particular relevance.
El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el tema de la interculturalidad desde diversos puntos de análisis: el filosófico, y el de una pedagogía liberadora, como también una aproximación legal y constitucional; se termina con un análisis crítico a la globalización y al capitalismo. Estos temas, ocupan un lugar preponderante en la presente reflexión, los cuales ayudan a comprender, analizar y construir la interculturalidad; que sigue siendo una utopía y un desafío para los pueblos que habitan en América latina. En esta aproximación investigativa, tomamos como referentes principales las obras de Paulo Freire, Enrique Dussel, Fidel Tubino, Josef Estermann, Catherine Walsh, Raúl Fornet, François Houtart, y otros pensadores de particular relevancia.
