The objective of this Project is to establish the current situation of the Integral Logistics for the export of frozen romanesco from the company Provefrut S.A., to Hamburg-Germany and find the main flaws of this process, with the aim of proposing measures to solve these problems. The research was carried out under the qualitative and quantitative approach. The techniques were: direct observation and surveys of personnel related to the topic; And an interview with the company?s Foreign Trade Manager. Through analysis and interpretation it is established that the main problems of the Provefrut Logistics System are: a constant lack of raw material for order fulfillment, poor inventory processes of packaging material, and an international physical distribution that needs to be controlled, especially in the fulfillment of times. All these failures are due to the growth that the company had, but these errors cause that the same one must pay extra expenses and it is wrong in the fulfillment of the orders with its clients. As a proposal to solve these problems, a purchase management model for the materials is prepared; And is designed the international physical distribution, in which mention is made of the aspects necessary for the novel to arrive at its destination without problems. The application of this proposal aims to improve the business relationship of the company and optimize times and resources. The application of the same should be as soon as possible so that it is not affected by the time and obtain the expected results.
El objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer la situación actual de la Logística Integral para la exportación de romanesco congelado de la empresa Provefrut S.A., hacia Hamburgo-Alemania y encontrar las principales fallas de este proceso, con el fin de proponer gestiones que solucionen dichos problemas. La investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Las técnicas fueron: observación directa y encuestas al personal relacionado con el tema; y una entrevista al Gerente de Comercio Exterior de la empresa. A través del análisis e interpretación se establece que los principales problemas del Sistema Logístico de Provefrut son: una constante falta de materia prima para el despacho de pedidos, procesos deficientes de inventarios de material de empaque, y una distribución física internacional que necesita ser controlada, especialmente en el cumplimiento de tiempos. Todos estos fallos se deben al crecimiento que tuvo la empresa, pero dichos errores ocasionan que la misma deba pagar gastos extras y quede mal en el cumplimiento de los pedidos con sus clientes. Como propuesta para solucionar estos inconvenientes se prepara un modelo de gestión de compra para los materiales; y se Diseña la distribución física internacional, en la cual se mencionan los aspectos necesarios para que el romanesco llegue hasta su destino sin problemas. Con la aplicación de esta propuesta se pretende mejorar la relación comercial de la empresa y optimizar tiempos y recursos. La aplicación de la misma debe ser lo antes posible para que no se afecte por el tiempo y obtenga los resultados esperados.
