At the end of the 18th century, the intellectual movement of the Enlightenment empowered the start of a modernization process. This article analyzes the ideological conceptions assumed by intellectuals, until they create their habit in the different scenarios in which they interrelate; distinguishing attitudes and behaviors used and spread through the center-periphery logic, which enables the assimilation of meanings based on individual and national rights that will lead them to the definition of great conceptions that manage to configure the citizen, without failing to identify certain autonomist ideologies and separatists at the birth of a new historical stage
A fines del siglo XVIII el movimiento intelectual de la Ilustración, faculta el inicio de un proceso de modernización. Este artículo analiza las concepciones ideológicas asumidas por los intelectuales, hasta crear su hábito en los distintos escenarios en los que se interrelacionan; distinguiendo actitudes y comportamientos empleados y difundidos mediante la lógica centro-periferia, que posibilita la asimilación de significaciones basadas en los derechos individuales y nacionales que les conducirán a la definición de grandes concepciones que logran configurar al ciudadano, sin dejar de identificar ciertas ideologías autonomistas y separatistas en el nacimiento de una nueva etapa histórica.
