The present article synthesizes the research findings correlated to create tourist corridors and relating them with the local development. For such intentions, it is adopted the case study in the Pallatanga canton, province Chimborazo, Ecuador The objectives proposed in investigation are to develop the study of the four tourist corridors of the canton Pallatanga, in order to determine the incidence in his local development; Realizing the situational diagnose of the four tourist corridors of the Pallatanga canton; Evaluating the touristic potential of the components belongings to the tourist corridors of the Pallatanga canton; Analyzing the tourist request of the tourist corridors of the canton Pallatanga. Its appeals to the field investigation, and of qualitative field, concluding the fulfillment of the proposed objectives and give up of the final product the local actors entrusted to potentiate the tourist activity.
El presente artículo sintetiza los resultados de la investigación asociada a crear corredores turísticos y relacionar estos con el desarrollo local. Para tales fines, se adopta el estudio de caso en el cantón Pallatanga, provincia Chimborazo, Ecuador De los objetivos propuestos en la investigación son de desarrollar el estudio de los cuatro corredores turísticos del cantón Pallatanga, para determinar la incidencia en su desarrollo local; Realizar el diagnostico situacional de los cuatro corredores turísticos del cantón Pallatanga; Evaluar el potencial turístico de los componentes de los corredores turísticos del cantón Pallatanga; Analizar la demanda turística de los corredores turísticos del cantón Pallatanga. Se apela a la investigación de campo, y de corte cualitativo, concluyendo el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos y entrega del producto final a los actores locales encargados de potenciar la actividad turística.
