PSICOLOGIA Y ECONOMIA DE LA SALUD: UNA HERMANDAD NECESARIA

Abstract

The objective of this work is to present an analysis of the result of joining two disciplines, Psychology and Economy witch normally are not taken into account for health interventions. Numerous health interventions are planned and executed without considering the cost and feasibility of the program. For some cases alternative solutions are required, considering factors such as: cost-benefit, effectiveness, timeliness, productivity and effectiveness

Resumen

El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de presentar un análisis de la unión de dos disciplinas que muy pocas veces se tienen en cuenta para la ejecución de intervenciones en salud: la Psicología y la Economía. Numerosas intervenciones se planifican y se ejecutan sin tener en cuenta los costos de ese programa, si es factible esa intervención o se precisa de una solución alternativa teniendo en cuenta la relación costo-beneficio, eficacia, oportunidad, productividad, efectividad, entre otros.
